The fried pickled okra was horrible. Almost too tough to eat and didn't taste anything like okra. Tasted like a tough pickle. Rant over!! On the plus side, other food was good. Service and ambiance made it worth trying again next time we're in the area. Cajun redfish was a 3 out of 5. The bread to fish ratio was off and barely had any sauce. Has great potential
Great service, great food, great atmosphere!
I always enjoy going to Genna Bennas. I am never disappointed, we always feel welcomed and there are so many options to choose from, we got the bacon cheeseburger, fully dressed, with fries which were crispy and delicious. I got the med rare steak medallions, they have a delicious sauce they cook them in. I decided this time to get the green beans and turnip greens. Everything was delicious. We also ordered a Genna Collins and it was very tasty. Will be back.
