I am extremely disappointed and honestly offended by the lack of service I experienced at Mudbugs.
After being seated, I waited for an extended period without even being acknowledged—no greeting, no drink order, nothing. What made the situation worse was watching other customers, who were seated after me and even those who walked in after I arrived, be greeted and fully serviced while I was completely ignored.

Great Crawfish and cold Beer!
I brought my Family of 10 tonight, some of us from out of town meeting here (first timers) 12-26-19, FB post says open at 5 pm, we get there at 6 pm, they say it will be 1 hr before crawfish is ready, we leave and come back at strait up 7 , and they are sold out.. if it was a 1 hr time on being ready then tell me how your sold out in 1 min... Better advertising on FB may help your business and word of mouth and if your gonna open at 5 the crawfish need to be ready when you open,...read full review
