“Normally everything is spot on here. But today I had a pickup order and the sandwich and salad was very sad! And it looked like they dropped the cake we ordered. The potato soup was good. Overall I have had and seen better from this location.“

“Service was fast, and helpful upon entering the store front. But, as I completed my transaction with the nice young lady another employee entered the restaurant from the side door - he changed the atmosphere of the restaurant with the first word he spoke. This employee continued to fuss verbally out loud, even as he got on the line to work. I think it would be good practice for employees to read the room upon entry, and act accordingly. The young lady who was helping me, looked up at me with a shy, embarrassed look on her face. She said thank you and the time my pizza would be ready. Quickly she walked towards an opposing prep line to work.
The experience I encountered this evening was unnecessary, but it will not keep me from enjoying the great food this restaurant offers. The mistake of one person, on one occasion, out of the many other great experiences shows that we all having some growing to do.“

“Very friendly even as I walked in 10 minutes before closing… (during Christmas week!) ??‍♂️ I was on the road to see my family for Christmas, enduring a 11 hour drive. I stopped in for fuel and got great service. A great meal cost me less than $12 and I had plenty to eat on all the way home. The pizza was hot and fresh and there was no hesitation to accept my order even though I was the last guy of the day.“

“Cicis is a great chain all you can eat pizza place. They have many different types of pizzas available to choose from and also great dessert pizzas. The food is very good. The service is also generally very good. Price wise it has gone up like everything else in the latest economy but it will feed the whole family very fully. The atmosphere is nice but I miss the old location that had video games for the kids to enjoy but all in all cicis is a nice place to bring the family.“

“My husband and I were in Jackson with a few hours to kill. We stopped a nice couple in Highland Village to ask where they would recommend us eating lunch. We were both very pleased with their recommendation. I enjoyed the linguine with crawfish tails on which our attentive waitress helped me decide. My husband enjoyed the carne pizza. “I work right down the road from here and did not even know about it. I had a business meeting and we decided to go here for lunch afterwards. The weather was perfect for the patio seating. As for as the wait staff, they were extremely busy, but very friendly and efficient. The food…let us talk about the food…the food was amazing. I mean extremely amazing. It was fresh and so delicious. The hummus and pita were so good. I have definitely found a place I will be going back to multiple times a week.“

“Today 11/17/24 I waited on our Byram newks to open. I was headed to the hospital and wanted some lobster bisque soup to take to my husband. I walked in a couple minutes before they were actually opened. The manager was holding his before opening meeting. He told me it was ok to come on in. His meeting was full of positive and encouraging words. When he finished he came to help me. I wanted the large container and the grab n go only had the small container. He said we can get you that. While I was waiting I said sorry for busting in on your meeting. 😂 I explained that my husband was in the hospital and I was taking him one of his favorite soups. He asked me was he ok. I told him about him having cancer and only wanted soup today. He said I’m so sorry will definitely say a prayer for him. He then says I’m giving you my manager meal discount today. I said no that is so sweet but not necessary. He did anyway. That sweet gesture just touched my heart. I also shared with him that my husband picks up food at least once a week on his way home. Several of the employees know him by name now. One of the them said your changing up your look on me. So my husband explained he has cancer and taking chemo. The chemo has caused him to lose most of his hair and his full beard. The employee was so worried and said he hoped he would be ok and would pray for him. Shout out to the manager Alex and his staff for being so sweet and kind.“

“I have been eating Lost Pizza for years. The last two times I have order, the food has not been the best. Tonight, I ordered a pizza and it was so horrible I decided to call and the manager was so rude and would not remake the pizza.“

“Great experience overall ! Fantastic pizza and desserts. Most of all, great staff!! Tonight I ordered online and I was three hrs late picking it up. I called otw to get it to make sure they still had it. They said yes…when I got there 15 min later, they were finishing it up. They had RE-MADE everything! “Today was the 1st time I’ve been to The Manship. We sat outside as the day was overcast and comfortable temps. The atmosphere is laid back southern elegance. Lunch menu choices made it difficult to choose. We started with the seasonal cocktail, a very Manship twist on a French 75 served frozen in a coupe and garnished with a violet. This is one I hope they make a permanent part of their menu. Perfect balance of sweet/sour and delightful on the palate. Next we shared smoked tuna dip served with what I think were fried tortillas seasoned with chili lime and saltine crackers. It rivals the best smoked tuna dip I’ve ever had from along the Atlantic. For entrees we chose small plates: Manship Woodfired Oysters served with focaccia and a special of Bbq pork belly served with Brussel Sprout slaw. I am not fond of brussel sprouts & surprisingly I loved the slaw. The oysters were beautifully served in a dish that kept them warm and not overcooked. The thick slices of bread were perfect for dipping in the butter sauce used in cooking the oysters. The pork belly was so good. Just the right amount of rub and sauce cooked to tender, melt in your mouth perfection. Our server was a total pro. I feel so bad because I didn’t write down her name. My daughter who was with me once worked as a server at a restaurant much like Manship. She was very impressed because our dishes arrived in perfect order and timing. She was knowledgeable about every item on the menu. Do yourself a favor and go eat at this wonderful establishment! We will come back!“

“Why has the price of cheese cups gone up to $1.69! That’s outrageous! One of the reasons I come to little Caesar’s is my kids love the cheese dip. The pizza is mediocre at best but with the dip it makes it more appealing. So now I can’t afford the cheese cup. Who wants to pay $1.69? That’s excessive!“

Much of the menu is fried but carefully battered. It does seem like they fry most things in the same grease. Honestly, it's a delicious treat here and there. “This is that cool place to chill without a care in the world. Its got this Home-like feel. And I am not from Pearl, MS, but I felt welcome and comfortable immediately. As a pizza lover I had to try this place and they did not let me down. I got an extra cheese, pep, mushroom, onion, and spinach small pizza. My dauggter got mozerella, gouda, and pep small. Both were very tastey. This is not the best pizza we have ever had yet it close to the top. Our pies were not perfect which clearly they bake authentically (sp?). I just wanted to leave and I think I even started crying at some point because overwhelmed is overwhelmed. The lady that helped me was so nice and caring and made sure I got my pizza back better than it was before. I love this store and its employees.“
