“Service was fast, and helpful upon entering the store front. But, as I completed my transaction with the nice young lady another employee entered the restaurant from the side door - he changed the atmosphere of the restaurant with the first word he spoke. This employee continued to fuss verbally out loud, even as he got on the line to work. I think it would be good practice for employees to read the room upon entry, and act accordingly. The young lady who was helping me, looked up at me with a shy, embarrassed look on her face. She said thank you and the time my pizza would be ready. Quickly she walked towards an opposing prep line to work.
The experience I encountered this evening was unnecessary, but it will not keep me from enjoying the great food this restaurant offers. The mistake of one person, on one occasion, out of the many other great experiences shows that we all having some growing to do.“

“Went in for the first time in a while and they have a new staff and way better customer service i was very pleased by the manger lady had a slight issue with my order she came over corrected it was very kind and coustomer freindly. What a turn around for this place“

“The customer service is top tier!! Jamison assisted me with a takeout order and he was so kind and patient! His energy lifted my spirits after a tiresome day of running errands. And my food was just as good!! Oh and in previous events where I have ordered delivery, Sarah, the young lady with the cute purple hair, is a sweetheart!! She is ALWAYS nice & polite!!! I pray GOD showers them with MANY BLESSINGS for having such kind souls!! Keep up the good work Domino's💙❤“

“This was my first visit to this Papa Johns. I was greeted by the friendly staff as i walked in the door to pick up my mobile order. I decided to try the new Italian Papa Bowl for the first time. There was definitely enough to feed 2, and it was REALLY GOOD! I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend this Papa Johns. Friendly and professional staff, fresh hot food and clean restaurant. I'll be back!“
