We love to eat at Schlotsky's, both in Flowood and in Madison. The restaurant is always clean, the staff has always been friendly, and the sandwiches are some of my favorite deli sandwiches. And we even catch the owner in the kitchen sometimes when we pass through so you know the owner cares about the business!
I really like schlotzskys but I had to give it a four. I got the deluxe original which was okay but it was not my favorite. I think the smokey beef and cheese is my favorite it’s probably a five out of five.

The food is very good and consistent. Every visit the staff is friendly and attentive while taking my order. The restaurant is always clean. The building design with all those windows just makes for a pleasant experience.
