She explained very nicely that she was in the middle of a lunch crowd, but would try her best. When I got there an hour later, my sandwiches, chips, salad, And tea or waiting for me. The bologna was very good, I think the best balance of textures and flavors between the slaw and the grill. The Smokeys very close to a chorizo sandwich with forward heat. The pig ear is the journey for most, I see reviews calling it crunchy and I don't think that's the word. Very tender, flavored with garlic. I'm glad I had it but it's rooted in a far away expectation, i dont have the right refer3nce experience with ears.

“I'm a native Jacksonian, but have lived in Dallas, Texas for decades. I don't care how rude the staff is, Big John's will always be my priority stop! Those smokes are never, ever disappointing! As long as the food is delicious and satisfies my craving; that's my only concern. Always order 40 because I know everybody is going to want 2 or 3!“

“This Subway is a good place to grab a quick lunch when you are in the area. The prices fall within the normal Subway menu prices. The selection and quality of ingredients are really good. The staff can be a little harsh sometimes, based on their attitude that day but all in all they are friendly. As far as cleanliness, the restaurant is always kept pretty clean.“

“This is a very nice location at University of MS Medical Center (UMMC). The employees are extremely nice and professional. I don’t think I’ve ever met any so eager to help with a smile. This is exactly what customers need especially since most are visiting or staying with a loved one in hospital.
I highly recommend dining here if at UMMC or in the area.“

“Food was good. Their Covid protocols are great, clean, however it was hard hearing the servers because of noise and us being so far from them due to the tables placed by the food area. Maybe the servers need a microphone to enhance their voices so customers can hear them. I'll like to return.“
