“Feeling a little under the weather so I sent someone to pick up my online order. She was accidentally given the incorrect order. I called to the Byram location and not only did “I’m assuming the manager” offer to prepare my correct order again, he even offered to deliver it to me at home! No need since the hubby is out patrolling he could just grab it for me. I have my correct order. Hot and fresh, even with cookies! Now that’s customer service!“

“Our first time to eat at this location and it was great. Friendly staff, and food was cooked fresh in a timely fashion. Everything tasted good! We will be back! 😘“

“Subway restaurants are pretty much the same but this one is better than average. Our nine year old claims it as one of her favorite places to eat in Byram. She likes Black Forest Ham with bacon on cheese bread. My favorite is tuna with bacon on whole grain bread. Mom likes the Italian BMT on whole grain. The staff is always friendly and the place is kept very clean.“

“I just want to comment. I’m one of your managers on Lakeland Drive, Dee. I called not realizing that it was a lunch crowd and explain to her that I needed some sandwich catered. Could she do it. She explained very nicely that she was in the middle of a lunch crowd, but would try her best. When I got there an hour later, my sandwiches, chips, salad, And tea or waiting for me. “I went here nearly 10 years ago. My fraternity, the Omega Psi Phi, hosted our 7th District conference in Jackson. One of our local fraternity brother’s took us here (we had our nose in the air). Mannn what the song say, “Smoke filled room, whiskey (ain’t no liquor) and chicken wing… people dancing and drinking… and no one wants to leave!!! Mannn this “hole in the wall” was home, and I’m still telling people IN FLORIDA, about how good these sandwiches were.“

“This Subway is a good place to grab a quick lunch when you are in the area. The prices fall within the normal Subway menu prices. The selection and quality of ingredients are really good. The staff can be a little harsh sometimes, based on their attitude that day but all in all they are friendly. As far as cleanliness, the restaurant is always kept pretty clean.“
