Feeling a little under the weather so I sent someone to pick up my online order. She was accidentally given the incorrect order. I called to the Byram location and not only did “I’m assuming the manager” offer to prepare my correct order again, he even offered to deliver it to me at home! No need since the hubby is out patrolling he could just grab it for me. I have my correct order. Hot and fresh, even with cookies! Now that’s customer service!

Had issues with DoorDash delivery driver getting us food. Manager Patrick didn’t hesitate to offer remaking food and delivering it personally since our driver had picked it up an hour before and we had not received. Thank you Patrick!
