Firehouse Subs Pearl Plaza is a standard typical location. The food is good, with all standard firehouse subs and sandwiches and sides available. Customer service is good and the atmosphere is nice. It is a great place for a quick lunch or dinner meal. Employees, subs, and management all rate 10+. Orders placed on the app are ready and correct at the designated time. The dining area is small but everything else is great. The staff is nice, attentive, and helpful. The club sandwich meal with the French fries as a side is recommended. The sub is amazing and hot, and the fries are crispy, fresh and tasted amazing. Orders are correct every time, though workers were a little rude first thing when they open.
