Was excited to get coffee and breakfast after staying at the over priced hotel up the street and being waken up by contractors ripping out the carpet from the room next door at 7am most likely from the murder that occurred the night before judging by the bullet holes in the windows.I had not had Dunkin donuts coffee in years. I absolutely love Dunkin, I stop by there 3-4 times a week, love it. The reason it’s getting 4 stars instead of 5 is because the last 5 times I’ve ordered a large caramel macchiato, I have received a cup full of creamer instead and it’s not like it’s milk, or I wouldn’t have a problem with it. Please fix this. Please.

I’ve been to this Dunkin location several times to really cultivate a review. Unfortunately, the customer service is terrible. Employees do not make the customer feel welcome. They drive through window is never answered with a welcome and it makes you want to spend your money elsewhere. By far the worst location I’ve ever been to.
