The employees are always very nice. They still serve the big nasty. You get to fix your own drinks and this is great because you dont have to wait on someone to get you a refill. This is the only McAlister's I go to now.
We love the McAlister's in Pearl! The manager is always making rounds making sure people have what they need! The employees are always very nice and having all that makes your food taste even better!Vegetarian options: Spuds

I really enjoyed the veggie spud! Employees were as attentive as a full-service restaurant. Very clean and well-run restaurant. They could turn down the music a few decibels, but other than that, great.
