“We all love Subway, so let me tell you about my service. Ya'll....one employee opened the door for us as we came in. Then, the younger man behind the counter was so joyful and happy. I was feeling tired and hangry when we walked in, but his vibe was just contagious!! As we ate our meal and watched the goings on in the store, every customer got that same great service and left smiling. So sweet and all while doing his job like a pro. My sandwich was spot on and the bread FRESH!! YUMMY. But, I just wanted to give a big shout-out for this employee, and then I went and forgot his name....sigh, getting old sucks! I wrote corporate anyway and mentioned the hour we were there and his description. I think people like him deserve a promotion or something for his unwavering positive outlook on life. He just shined. I mean....his happiness was so bright me and my uncle left feeling happier. I can't explain it, but He truly did shine bright like a diamond. I've only met a handful of people with that type of energy. He needs to be a life coach....lol. Anyway, the food was excellent... Everything was fresh, the veggies cut precisely, the sauce bottles were spotless, and the store was extremely clean and neat. Not a single piece of food on the floor behind the counter... that kind of clean. It's by where the old pizza world used to be on old Canton road....in the right corner. I'll definitely go back.Parking: 60 spots with several disabled parking areas up front.“
“Honestly, I like Subway. I like the customization and the amount of fresh vegetables I can stack on a sandwich without getting charged extra. That said, when I typically go to one I'm either pleased or disappointed because Subway franchises are notoriously inconsistent, even as a single store. Yet I have never been disappointed coming to this one. I work nearby so I come here often because it's a relatively decent meal for not a terrible price, and the staff knew exactly how I wanted my sandwiches within just a couple of days. That's a level of service I don't get very often, which is awesome. They're always very nice and they do a great job. I will definitely be returning, and I'm very glad to buy sandwiches from this franchise.“
“Yesterday, I ordered a delivery order and it was wrong but the manager on the shift took my call and told me to come in when I can for a remake. I come in today at the county line store and Mrs Janee was so pleasant to deal with. This is the type of service I look for, thank you for the no hassle and this will keep me coming back!“
“I found this place across from my hotel during a business trip and wish one were across from every hotel. This restaurant hits the sweet spot for a really good lunch place - quick and really good food, several options and friendly and clean.“
“First time to this Jersey Mikes. Ordered online and was ready by the time I arrived and was greeted as I entered. Food was great. While filling up my drink, the employees were helping a customer decide and instead of naming the sub name, they said like the #8 is a Turkey and Bacon etc to help the customer vs we have the Sub Club and then the customer has to ask what is on that, etc. The employees there definitely care by their actions“
“Did not like the cashiers attitude but everything is good as always I said Jesus she said Jesus was not very happy with it at all could not it’s fine to me the Child’s meals I used to live in Austin Texas where you’re out of I worked at the one on Airport Rd., Austin, TX it is and call far for cashier to be so rude for no reason at all and kept saying do you want Apple‘s cookie or something else I could barely understand her I will be back but if I have trouble with that person I will call the manager take the front and called her out“
“This is the best steak escape in the area. The service is fast & the cooks are especially good. My husband and I eat a lot of drive thru food, but will go out of our way to come in the mall & eat here versus going to one of the other steak escapes.“
