We stopped by to try the pig ear slider.. we ended up getting one of each just to see how they tasted.. we also purchased the tamales.. the sliders were good.. the service was excellent.. it is definitely historic..
A piece of Jackson, MS culinary history. I was taken here by some business associates and will always come back when I am in Jackson. When you walk in you just smell the sausage and pig ears in the air. The sizzling on the griddle of bologna and the sounds of the turners hitting the griddle top. First time going there and had the pig ear slider one was hot the other was mild. The hot is hot like very hot , but the mild was better but they both were delicious. Also had the tamales and they were good as well. I will most definitely be back.
