The best blue plate lunch in Jackson can be found at Lizzie's House on any given day! Currently a plate meal is $5.50 it comes with your choice of meat, 3 sides, and cornbread/roll. There is something for everyone. You can even get a veggie plate. My favorite is the baked chicken. It's delicious and seasoned to perfection. Lizzies House is a great low end eatery. Its food is good for the 6.25 price which includes meat two vegetables and a drink. It is also a great place to have a meal being that it helps support a shelter and a ministry ran out of the same building. The food and atmosphere though not considered high end is in good taste as are the prices and customer service.

We visit this place frequently and if you like cafeteria style food quick and good and reasonably priced this is the place to go for takeout no frills just good food cheap and quick
