I was craving a sandwich today around 4:40 & this establishment is near where I live. I came in & a nice lady came out to greet me. She had a mask & gloves on. The subway was clean & smelled good. My sandwich was good & fresh. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the safety precautions & good service. Thanks so much for being near me!
I eat there every other day since I'm a college student and is always on the move. There's this fat black woman that works the night shift that has passed a terrible attitude towards her own race no matter how nice you are to her. Everyone else there is treats you how they would want to be treated, including the old staff. This woman has to go!

Food was good. Their Covid protocols are great, clean, however it was hard hearing the servers because of noise and us being so far from them due to the tables placed by the food area. Maybe the servers need a microphone to enhance their voices so customers can hear them. I'll like to return.
