Drove all the way here, app said it was open, got here, it was closed and empty. Walked through the pouring rain for nothing.
Jimmy John’s has really gone downhill. It’s frustrating because their closing times are completely inconsistent — it changes every single day. I ordered a sandwich online, drove over to pick it up, and the store was closed. A worker walked out, told me she canceled my order, and drove off. I never received a call, message, or any notice.
