So the food was good as usual but this trip to the Richland, MS location was not as pleasant. Took my Mom and we ate in the restaurant. I ordered two meals and the new funnel cake. They didn't put the right amount of strips on the plates. Went back to the counter and the girl argued with me about it. We had buses stop here and they could handle two bus loads of children very quickly. Management is very nice. Love the atmosphere and food here. Kudos to this Zaxby’s! Loving the southern hospitality! I love me some Shelby! She is down to earth and so nice! I highly recommend this Zaxby’s for a lunch of a dinner!Parking: Ample of parking

first time attending a zaxbys, very very nice service. were a bit of a demanding set of customers, and the server here just dealt with us in the perfect way.
