My go to spot when overwhelmed and want some good food and maybe a good laugh.. People are cool and friendly.. Never mistreated me when I went to the restaurant
Very nice, very clean, nice staff
Servers were great refilling drinks and bringing food to tables; incredibly slow kitchen service compared to other McCalister’s; be aware if you have young kids that they do not have ketchup. Food was good—what is typical and expected from McAlister’s.

Recently, a young lady provided great service, delivering food to tables and helping customers with napkins and extra salad dressing, even during busy hours. While there were some issues with cleanliness and management decisions, such as the removal of all trash cans, the food remains good. Although the tomato and cucumber side salad was slightly frozen, the rest of the food was perfect. Overall, McAlister's Deli is a good choice for a meal out, despite some challenges with wait times and staffing.
