“This location has done a total 180 over the last year+. A few years ago I stopped frequenting this location due to the less than subpar service and food quality. I noticed a drastic change around this time last year when I accidentally ordered a catering order with Richland instead of Pearl.

I saw a FB post advertising their “Guest Appreciation Week” that offered cool deals all week long. But, they saved the best deal for last! FREE SANDWICHES FOR A YEAR = 1 free sandwich per week for 52 weeks! I wasn’t missing out on that “steal”. Lol.

We were able to meet Lynn, the first face behind the positive change. She has done well with this location. Her staff was very pleasant when taking over 50 orders at 10am! Bless their hearts!

They’ll be seeing a lot more of me, more like 52 weeks worth because hubby and I will be redeeming all sandwiches at the Richland location! Thanks Lynn and Team. 😊“

“A great place to eat. I had a horrible experience at another subway location and was hesitant to try other locations but this subway changed my mind. This location staff was friendly, engaging, and most importantly delivered great food and in quick time. I would highly recommend this subway location“

“I just want to comment. I’m one of your managers on Lakeland Drive, Dee. I called not realizing that it was a lunch crowd and explain to her that I needed some sandwich catered. Could she do it. She explained very nicely that she was in the middle of a lunch crowd, but would try her best. When I got there an hour later, my sandwiches, chips, salad, And tea or waiting for me. “Chicken Salad Chick has gained a permanent customer because the food is excellent with a very large variety of Chicken Salad’s and it is an extremely healthy meal versus options served at most fast food places. Kicking Kaitlyn is one my favorites and the broccoli salad with the bacon bits and the great salad with the brown sugar but I leave off the pecans are an excellent choice And the meals are not that expensive. I wish they were open mornings because I think the Original chicken salad on a croissant with the slice of cheddar would be something very tasty in the morning time. “Great sub sandwich restaurant my favorite sub is the Mesquite chicken. Sandwiches are always packed with loads of meat and flavor also very fresh. Staff is always friendly and will get your order right and prepare it with love. This is best Quizno’s I’ve been to“

“I went here nearly 10 years ago. My fraternity, the Omega Psi Phi, hosted our 7th District conference in Jackson. One of our local fraternity brother’s took us here (we had our nose in the air). “This Subway is honestly the perfect spot to stop by for lunch. Every time I come in, I’m greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who make the experience feel comfortable and familiar. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, from the floors to the counters, which really shows how much pride they take in their space. “Feeling a little under the weather so I sent someone to pick up my online order. She was accidentally given the incorrect order. I called to the Byram location and not only did “I’m assuming the manager” offer to prepare my correct order again, he even offered to deliver it to me at home! No need since the hubby is out patrolling he could just grab it for me. I have my correct order. Hot and fresh, even with cookies! Now that’s customer service!“

“This Subway is a good place to grab a quick lunch when you are in the area. The prices fall within the normal Subway menu prices. The selection and quality of ingredients are really good. The staff can be a little harsh sometimes, based on their attitude that day but all in all they are friendly. As far as cleanliness, the restaurant is always kept pretty clean.“

“This is a very nice location at University of MS Medical Center (UMMC). The employees are extremely nice and professional. I don’t think I’ve ever met any so eager to help with a smile. This is exactly what customers need especially since most are visiting or staying with a loved one in hospital.
I highly recommend dining here if at UMMC or in the area.“

“Tonight around 7:00. My husband stopped to pick up a sandwich for us for supper. There was one young man, a 9th grader from McClaurin that was the only employee there. The store was very busy and this young gentleman was working extremely hard. He was completing order accurately, without complaining, all while trying to maintain curtious, friendly conversation with the patrons. Not sure of his name, but he did above and beyond what is normal received. In a society and time where no one is showing up for work he showed up and showed out. Thank you sir for you commitment.“

“This is the cleanest subway around! The workers never have an attitude….are fast and attentive! I drive from afar to come here when I have a subway 0.5 miles from my house. This one is 15 minutes & I do not mind at all! The food is always the freshest !! & I also love how the meat is consistent! It’s cut to the right thickness, I love it here! My favorite subway!“

He exemplified great customer service skills and did not rush me. I was hesitant about stopping at this particular store because every time,I encountered rude workers or managers. “I had a great meal with great service; I accidentally spilt fountain drink all over the area (greyhound layover I was rushing). I called the store to apologize and a nice African American lady picked up the phone and she was very nice . If I’m here again this will be my go to ❤️ (and I won’t spill my drink next time). “I always order through the app which makes it easier to select the items I want in my wrap or bowl. The app is easy to use and I can pay ahead. I then drive to this location which is close to me, and they have a drive thru. I never have to wait, but maybe 5 minutes if there is a car ahead of me, but most of the time I drive straight to the order menu, tell them I have an online pickup, go straight to the window and they are waiting with my food. My food is always super fresh, and made as ordered. The staff is always very friendly and polite. I haven't been on the inside, but it is an older building and it would be nice if it were updated, but that would only be for aesthetics, because it seems to serve well for its intended purpose.

Vegetarian options: I am vegan, so that is one of the reasons I like Subway. I can make my order how I want it. I select all the items that go in my wrap or bowl, and there are many plant based items to choose from. Plus they are always fresh.“

“Had not been to a Steak Escape in at least 30 years. I must say the food was amazing. The fries may have been the best I've eaten. Hot, fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The steak was fantastic, great soft bun, right amount of cheese, and perfectly cooked steak. The 4 instead of 5 stars is because of wait time, I know they must cook to order and it is worth the wait, but for a fast food, quick service, fast casual, whatever you call it, if it was a drive thru, I would have liked a little quicker service. Other than that, highly recommend Steak Escape. The food will definitely fill you up, will be hot and fresh, and taste outstanding.“

“Food was good. Their Covid protocols are great, clean, however it was hard hearing the servers because of noise and us being so far from them due to the tables placed by the food area. Maybe the servers need a microphone to enhance their voices so customers can hear them. I'll like to return.“

“Our sandwich artist meticulously placed each shred of lettuce, tomato, onion, and other toppings on our sandwich as if Jesus was guiding his hand! It took him forever but the sandwiches were worth it. I go there at least once a month (whenever I have time) just so I can enjoy one of his artful sandwich creations.“
