“Chicken Salad Chick has gained a permanent customer because the food is excellent with a very large variety of Chicken Salad’s and it is an extremely healthy meal versus options served at most fast food places. Kicking Kaitlyn is one my favorites and the broccoli salad with the bacon bits and the great salad with the brown sugar but I leave off the pecans are an excellent choice And the meals are not that expensive. I wish they were open mornings because I think the Original chicken salad on a croissant with the slice of cheddar would be something very tasty in the morning time. “Great customer service. I decided to try after my son was always patronizing. The first time excellent service and the food was hot. I thought it was a fluck so I went again on9/4/26 at 8:13. Same order. And hot and fast with a smile. The guy always smoke and says thank you. Your chicken is tasty and fries good. Just lighten up on the salt. I bought the Big Zac snack meal. Give them a raise for great customer service.“

“Now, I’m not the one to leave bad comments, but now, on Oct 14, 2023, I visited the Brandon store and got in the mobile line and didn’t know there were 2 separate lines only to get to the attendant and was told that I had to circle back around and get in the drive thru line because, I can’t take drive thru orders in this line. Well, I circled the building and made sure I got in the drive thru line with a customer in front of me having mobile app issues that should have been in the mobile line. The same attendant that told me to circle the building came from the mobile line and took the order of the customer. Once that attendant was done with that customer I questioned the fact why my order couldn’t be taken from the mobile line when I was in it like you came over to the drive thru line with that customer that was having mobile issues? It was unacceptable. That’s all I have folks.“

“My husband and I decided to give the chicken tenders a shot after a really bad experience at Popeyes. I have to say, the customer service was absolutely amazing! The gentleman who helped us—I think he was the manager—was incredibly sweet and helpful. I even came back for a takeout order, and the same gentleman was there, and the experience was just as great. It’s so rare to find that kind of atmosphere these days. If I had his name, I would definitely give him a shout-out. Keep up the fantastic work and making customers feel like VIPs!“

“i went to Popeyes today and there was a line in the drive-thru of about 6 cars but to my surprise I was at the speaker placing my order before I knew it.The cashier was polite and professional and took my order quickly.Then as I pulled to the window to pay I was greeted by a smiling face telling me my total .I paid for my food my order was correct and fresh and hot and I was on my way.Will be back to order as usual soon.“

“My 3 piece with mashed potatoes was absolutely delicious. I had 2 spicy legs and a breast. I normally don't eat the biscuits but even the biscuit was buttery and sweet.
