“Chicken Salad Chick has gained a permanent customer because the food is excellent with a very large variety of Chicken Salad’s and it is an extremely healthy meal versus options served at most fast food places. Kicking Kaitlyn is one my favorites and the broccoli salad with the bacon bits and the great salad with the brown sugar but I leave off the pecans are an excellent choice And the meals are not that expensive. I wish they were open mornings because I think the Original chicken salad on a croissant with the slice of cheddar would be something very tasty in the morning time. “i went to Popeyes today and there was a line in the drive-thru of about 6 cars but to my surprise I was at the speaker placing my order before I knew it.The cashier was polite and professional and took my order quickly.Then as I pulled to the window to pay I was greeted by a smiling face telling me my total .I paid for my food my order was correct and fresh and hot and I was on my way.Will be back to order as usual soon.“

“Now, I’m not the one to leave bad comments, but now, on Oct 14, 2023, I visited the Brandon store and got in the mobile line and didn’t know there were 2 separate lines only to get to the attendant and was told that I had to circle back around and get in the drive thru line because, I can’t take drive thru orders in this line. Well, I circled the building and made sure I got in the drive thru line with a customer in front of me having mobile app issues that should have been in the mobile line. The same attendant that told me to circle the building came from the mobile line and took the order of the customer. Once that attendant was done with that customer I questioned the fact why my order couldn’t be taken from the mobile line when I was in it like you came over to the drive thru line with that customer that was having mobile issues? It was unacceptable. That’s all I have folks.“

“The evening crew is extremely nice. The person that took my order Samarah was awesome! She was polite, spoke properly, made sure my order was correct, and offered extra items on the menu. The person that gave me my food was also really nice as well.
I just wish the restaurant itself was in a less congested area but other than that, it was great!“

“I tried out Southern BBQ sandwich meal. The barbecue sauce has a nice flavor to it. Even though I'm not a fan of ranch sauce/dressing, it was a great combination. It wasn't overkill, you could still taste the barbecue sauce with it. The only thing I dislike was the size of the sandwich and the tenders are mini not regular size. They give you a lot of fries to make up for it.
Note: When I placed my order I requested for fresh grilled tenders. Addison went to tell the cook. But, I got my plate they were cold, so I went back in to tell her. I overheard her telling the cook the issue. And he started an argument about it. She politely told him that there was no need to argue about it, just remake it. When people are paying for service, as an employee of that business you are obligated to provide the best customer service possible.“

“By far the best meal I have ever had. Their chicken tenders were flavored excellently, for my sides I had macaroni and cheese (it was so cheesy that there were strings of cheese from the plate to my fork), coleslaw (sweet and yummy), fried okra (seasoned perfectly), and a biscuit with honey drizzled on it, there was also a pickled jalapeno to top it off. It was very reasonably priced and well worth the money. It was fried to perfection. Best fried chicken I've ever had in my life. The service was promptly delivered by a very professional and ethical staff that was very helpful and with that southern charm. I'd I could give them a 10, that's what they should get. “Church's will always have my love. Food always good. Service got 4 stars only because I walked in after leaving out the drive through that hadn't moved 😳. I can not nor will not begin to understand why because running these restaurants are not easy jobs. People don't come in, to work when they are suppose to, people play when they aren't supposed to. Being a manager though you set the tone. If you don't want to he there the people working for and with you are gonna be the same. Period. The lady helped me as soon as I came in. Now I could see frustration on the facces of the people waiting inside and in the drive thru. This location was jumping even as slow as the service was. If we could just be thankful we have a job and not be angry cause we have to work cause there are people who want to work and want to make people happy with the service they provide. No matter what you do, do 1000%, you may not see the reward immediately, but you will see it.
