They need better parking, the drive thru needs to be wider and more convenient. The way it's created can cause accidents because it's a store that's right next door and everyone be in such a hurry and trying to exit out the same way the drive thru has to exit out. It's not safe at all. However, we experienced great customer service.
My 3 piece with mashed potatoes was absolutely delicious. I had 2 spicy legs and a breast. I normally don't eat the biscuits but even the biscuit was buttery and sweet.

However, some customers have experienced issues with inconsistent counting, resulting in missing pieces of chicken in family meals.
