“I like the point rewards, but it should also include bone in wings. The wings are nice and big, but it is high paying $60+ for 36 wings. I wish the hot wings would be a more constant hot. One time they are buffalo burning hot and the next time mild buffalo, but ordered burning hot. We have alot of choices for pizza, but 85% of the time we order from pizza hut“

“This place was incredible! The staff was super friendly, the food was absolutely amazing, and the vibe was perfect. The place was super busy, so the waitress gave us a free drink, but the food was absolutely worth it. I got the meat lovers calzone, and it was big enough for two adults. The drinks were so tasty, too! And everything was so cheap!!!! I've not had a dining experience this good since before covid. A round of applause for the whole staff!“
“The draw in this area is the number of nice motels for an overnight stop on I-20. We have stayed in the area many times. It is easy to just get a dose of the regulars... Popeye's, Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesdays, etc all around. But we thought we would gamble on something local... Good Call! You have never had better Catfish, I promise. Fresh, too hot to eat befor a cooling period. Just the best. The Okra was also as good as it gets. Fries and slaw were fine. We were ready to eat there in thier kinda sparce dining area but it came out all packed to go so we took it back to the hotel. Catfish still too hot to eat! That never happens! We will go out of our way to stop here again.“

Grits were smooth and creamy, ham cooked perfect,hash browns loaded veggie in the hash browns cooked perfect not to crunchy nor too soft . The breakfast was on point . Service was fast and efficient. “I work at the Medical Mall and go to Piccadilly at times if I need a quick lunch. Do not usually want a big meal when working. Would like to have more options for a la carte (individual dishes from the menu). Asked for one meat item (cajun chicken soup on rice), but was told would have to pay full price of a whole meal at 10.99. Got the whole meal out of desperation because I went to lunch late on a Friday and other places where closed. The portion of the meat item alone was more than I needed and most of the meal went in the garbage. Do not like to waste money or food. Need more options to eat light please. Also putting up a posted cost of meal choices (veggie plate and what it includes, ect.) would be nice so it is easier to know what the rules are. Wanted to comment because myself and others would like these light choices. Would come there more often and know others would too!“

“first time attending a zaxbys, very very nice service. were a bit of a demanding set of customers, and the server here just dealt with us in the perfect way. We liked ever thing we got here, ranging three sauces and various slices of chicken. we loved all of it. fries and the cheese thingy was mediocre, but the chicken is the true point. this location at the very least has very intresting decoration, absolutely adore the ambiance here. one of the best fast food visits I've had in a really long time.“
