Piccadilly is a nice local chain restaurant that has been around for over 45 years. It is cafeteria style line food. The food, service, and atmosphere are bar none. The food has always been good, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The dessert and fresh fruits are delicious. Customer service is great. However, since COVID inflation and high employee turnover, taste flavors are inconsistent and prices are higher than ever. The price is kind of high, though some believe the prices are hard to beat. One guest got the half chicken, and the seasoning was very much salty. The place is old and outdated, and chairs need to be replaced. The long line to pay can cause the food to get cold. Despite this, the server was nice and very attentive. It is like a warm, comforting hug every time. Most days they are still very good.
