Loaded Lettuce (Fondren) is one of the best salad places in Mississippi. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and well-organized, though they could use a fresh paint job and some better decor. The staff is friendly, attentive, and polite, making the ordering process smooth. The food is fresh, filling, and well-crafted. Customers have had one of the best chicken salads of their lives, and the BEST SALAD EVER, with lettuce that is SOOOO FRESH, SO BRIGHT, and soooooo GREEN. The dressings and toppings are out of this world. Specific meals mentioned include the LOADED BAKED POTATO that will change your life, and the CRAB SALAD. The smoothies and fruits are bright, vibrant, and fresher than fresh. The owner is incredibly nice with a heartfelt mission of bringing fresh and healthy foods to the Jackson community. Prices are reasonable.
