I can't agree with most reviews here I've read. I deliver for Doordash and I expect to get attitude from ppl working there but I don't. They NEVER give me attitude like someone said, and always go out of their way to make sure my pick up is as fast as possible. I always get hot food and when I order my own food I have never had a fries being cold issue. Ever. Clearly that's why the parking lot is always full and I am getting back to back orders for delivery.
Fries USE TO BE so good. They were hot and crispy on the outside. Now they ARE NOT. They consistently have been awful this past year. They are always cool and soggy. PLEASE cook them longer! Also, last visit the person taking the order missed we wanted Mac and cheese.

My only criticism is that the carry out needs to prioritize drinks and sauce . I get that they’re busy (esp this location) ,but EVERY time my food is in the pickup I have to ask for my drink and wait forever for it to be made. And they usually forget my sauces.Love this Chick-fil-A but it’s always sooo busy. especially during 4-6 on weekdays at ~9-10 and 6-9 on weekends. It’s usually the Madison central kids (since it’s right across the street) and people getting off work....read full review
