“We were passing through Madison MS on 12/22/2025, and stopped to.eat at the restaurant. Our order was delivered to us promptly; the food was delicious; prices were reasonable. We were traveling from Arkansas, and we don't have your restaurant in our area. Next time we are passing through Madison MS, we will again stop to eat at your restaurant. The bathrooms were spotless; the restaurant was clean and inviting. We were very pleased with our experience. I would give y'all five stars and I wish we had one in Arkansas.“

“We got an order to go. We had trouble hearing the boy on the audio. Chicken Salad was chicken and the dressing to make it wet. I ordered Classic Carrol and the other was supposedly to have fruit in it. We found a half of a grape.

“The place looks amazing. The food was great. The service is the best my family was surprised by a staff member gifting us free card's to a sandwich for next time we come. My family was very appreciative being 4 hours into a road trip. We will be coming back to enjoy this lovely place again.“

“Chicken Salad Chick has gained a permanent customer because the food is excellent with a very large variety of Chicken Salad’s and it is an extremely healthy meal versus options served at most fast food places. Kicking Kaitlyn is one my favorites and the broccoli salad with the bacon bits and the great salad with the brown sugar but I leave off the pecans are an excellent choice And the meals are not that expensive. I wish they were open mornings because I think the Original chicken salad on a croissant with the slice of cheddar would be something very tasty in the morning time. Here’s to you, Chicken Salad Chick.“

“We tried Rooster's/Basil's for the first time tonight at the recommendation of a family member. I'm so glad we did because it did NOT disappoint! Everything was made fresh to order and the customer service was the best I've experienced in awhile. We will definitely be eating there again and I highly recommend it!“

“My husband and I decided to give the chicken tenders a shot after a really bad experience at Popeyes. I have to say, the customer service was absolutely amazing! The gentleman who helped us—I think he was the manager—was incredibly sweet and helpful. I even came back for a takeout order, and the same gentleman was there, and the experience was just as great. It’s so rare to find that kind of atmosphere these days. If I had his name, I would definitely give him a shout-out. Keep up the fantastic work and making customers feel like VIPs!“

“The fries size is too small! This is probably one of the oldest locations in the area. The drive-thru only has one lane, and there isn’t a separate lane for mobile orders, which makes pickup very inconvenient. The inside also looks quite old and outdated. Service was pretty slow, and overall, the experience could definitely be improved.“

Olivia's Old South on a croissant with an extra scoop & my extra side was grape salad. The whole meal is to die for (not literally, but you know what I mean. ). I even suggested the Olivia's Old South to another soon to be customer of Chicken Salad Chick. She tried another kind but liked Olivia's Old South better. It was just sweet enough for her.“
