I even suggested the Olivia's Old South to another soon to be customer of Chicken Salad Chick. She tried another kind but liked Olivia's Old South better. It was just sweet enough for her.“

“I am really impressed with the quality of the food, the service and the atmosphere. This is right up there in comparison with Chick-fil-A and their standard of service! Very few places in the Jackson Mississippi area that have good quality service such as this place.“

“Chicken Salad Chick has gained a permanent customer because the food is excellent with a very large variety of Chicken Salad’s and it is an extremely healthy meal versus options served at most fast food places. Kicking Kaitlyn is one my favorites and the broccoli salad with the bacon bits and the great salad with the brown sugar but I leave off the pecans are an excellent choice And the meals are not that expensive. I wish they were open mornings because I think the Original chicken salad on a croissant with the slice of cheddar would be something very tasty in the morning time. We were traveling from Arkansas, and we don't have your restaurant in our area. Next time we are passing through Madison MS, we will again stop to eat at your restaurant. The bathrooms were spotless; the restaurant was clean and inviting. We were very pleased with our experience. I would give y'all five stars and I wish we had one in Arkansas.“
