“We showed up at 9:00 on New Year’s Eve and Angela let us in and was super friendly and fast. All of the other local places wouldn’t even take our orders or the lines were too long and not moving. Shout out to Angela because she’s the MVP in my book!“
“On a Wednesday at 2pm it took like it seemed forever to get our order. Food was good. Table had a sticky feeling to it like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile but the table was there to serve all the restaurants there so I can't blame the sticky table on Chick-fil-A.“
“I'm from Texas and was visiting Flowood. First time visit. I ordered the Fancy Nancy on a croissant and the broccoli salad. Everything was fresh and delicious and the price was very reasonable the amount that I got. It's delicious and I highly recommend this restaurant. I wish there was a Chicken Salad Chick in Georgetown, TX! I believe it would do very well here.“
“I've passed by here a couple of times, so I figured it was time to finally try this place. The service was excellent, and the cashier was super-friendly. Got the Mint Oreo custard to start, and it reminded me of a Sonic Blast but without all the top extra stuff. The entree came about 5 mins later, and it was excellent. Chicken was cooked perfectly, and was really moist. The sauces were pretty good too. Not a 5/5 experience by any means, but a very good place to go if you're looking for a sit-down chicken place. Would recommend.“
“My only criticism is that the carry out needs to prioritize drinks and sauce . I get that they’re busy (esp this location) ,but EVERY time my food is in the pickup I have to ask for my drink and wait forever for it to be made. And they usually forget my sauces.Love this Chick-fil-A but it’s always sooo busy. especially during 4-6 on weekdays at ~9-10 and 6-9 on weekends. It’s usually the Madison central kids (since it’s right across the street) and people getting off work. The line sometimes overlaps the building but, my food is still hot no matter how long im waiting.(9/10 times)…“
“This place is great! I really like chicken salad, so expectations where high for this visit, my first. They did not disappoint. From the young lady who took my order to the delicious "fancy Nancy" chicken salad BLT to the tomato bisque to the upbeat atmosphere- 5 star. A fresh, healthier option. I'll be back whenever I'm in Madison.“
“Family wanted Chick-fil-A so we found the closest one open. Turned out this one is inside a medical rehabilitation center. Still had a good experience. I went in for takeout and the staff were super nice and friendly. Quick and accurate service. Wonderful food. Thank you very much for being great today! And loved the piano background music. Oh yeah... No kale or Mac&cheese at this location.“
