I think it was my 1st time using a drive-through for Chicken Salad Chick. The order was made just like we asked. It was busy, but not too long of a wait. Thank you for continuing to support the military.
Very dirty. Floor very dirty. Moved to 4 different tables before I found one not "too" sticky / plain dirty. Advised waitress and she had a don't tell me look on her face.Also , was very insulted that I was ordering & paying up front & was asked for tip before I received this bad service.Will not go back.Dietary restrictions: I need gluten free.

No idea why it takes forever to get food sometimes and other times they are very quick. I went by at 4:45 on 1/13 and no one was there. It took 10 minutes and I was the only car in the drive thru. Better to go during a weekday maybe when a manager is working. Unfortunate.
