Markell has great customer service. He's patient with taking your order & he even allowed me to sample their "comeback sauce" which prompted me to order the Great American Burger pizza.Unfortunately I didn't enjoy it, they left off the "comeback sauce" lol (good thing i kept my sample cup of comeback sauce).But besides that, I wasn't a fan of the dough, it was soggy, greasy and the burger pieces were dry, the Cheddar cheese rendered the pizza too greasy for my liking...dill pickles...read full review
We stopped at the Pizza Shack in Madison,MS on the way to New Orleans, LA from Memphis, TN. We ordered the sausage and pepperoni pizza to share. It was a very very good pizza. So good, we wish they had one in Memphis!!! Keep doing what you are doing!! It’s great. Thank you

I love pizza and try to get a slice everywhere I go in my travels. I tried The Pizza Shack last night, and was a bit disappointed. The service was fast, and the employees were very nice. There is a large fan in the center of the dining area that was making it cold, so I asked them to turn it off, and they obliged right away.
