Y'all know Popeyes can be hit or miss and will leave you in your car waiting for HOURS for some spicy chicken, right? 😭😩 Well, lately, this location has been ON POINT with their online orders! When I order in the app, my food is HOT, FRESH, and READY when I pickup. I be skipping that LONG LINE with my shades on. Walk in, see my food on the shelf, and happily walk out in 2 minutes. 😎

I will start by saying customer service across all walks of life has suffered greatly since covid. If covid did anything, it made us more willing to accept crappy customer service. Why do I always feel like I am a burdon to the person on the other side of the counter?
