This place was trouble, our chicken was halfed cooked, and my husband and I was very upset, we were up the highway, to far away to turn around and go back, that was our fault, we should have checked our food, but if it hot and just came up, u would think it was good, yep good and uncooked unfortunately, smh... The young man at the window was on his phone, and when we asked for sweet heat sauce he became aggravated, bad Saturday night at Popeyes

Today is March 23, 2024. I knew not to return to this location due to a negative history, but my wife wanted some ghost pepper wings. The lobby was locked years after the pandemic has ended. The only option is drive thru, and the line is wrapped around the building in what appears will be a 30 to 40 minute ordeal. Popeye's lost my business today, and I went across the street to Jersey Mike's.You can literally drive to the Pearl location and be back in the same amount of time as dealing with the Hwy 51 location. They need to shut this place down.

I was in the drive through for more than 30 minutes. When i finally get to the window, I have to wait another ten minutes. Meanwhile, every single employee was on their phone. Including the manager!

my last time I'll ever go to this Popeyes location ever again! Ordered thru their app @ 7:05. Doezen wings arrived at 7:25. Finally got the wings after the 11 other people received their orders. 5 were prior to mine and ordered at the counter. I was the last one there left @ 7:58 with wings that weren't fresh and without the dipping sauces I selected clearly on my receipt. The manager was rude and was not pleasantShe said to get him his order and make sure there's Ranch and get him outta here. I ordered Buffalo and was sweet and spicy. The gentleman who gave me my order was extremely nice and apologized. Very, very poorly managed facility!

I've yet to try the food but the drive thru is by far the rudest I've been in contact with in a long time. You'd think I'm the swanky part of town it would be better. Far better service and attitude over in the hood. I'll stick with it. It's evident somebody hates their job here. No thank ya.

The staff was leaving the order for play phone.. they don’t care people hungry need eat as soon as possible..better find another store more faster then this one..serve for 1 order took me 20 minutes after pay..i went 6pm they were sold out spicy chicken.. they just gave the classic one (probably they are good solid team to dump popeye’s customers)
