Hands down the BEST SUSHI place ! We live 2.5 hours away but every time we are in Jackson we always have to come. On top of the great food the customer service is amazing.
This was the very first Japanese restaurant my wife and I visited during our business trip to the United States.
As a big fan of sashimi, I honestly didn’t expect too much from a Japanese restaurant in the U.S. But the moment I took my first bite of the tuna from the Sashimi Deluxe, I knew I was wrong. It was incredibly fresh and delicious.

Edo | Japanese Restaurant offers great food and service. The sushi is a must-try, and dishes like fried rice combo, fried tuna appetizer, pork ramen, and red heart roll are highly recommended. The food tastes fresh, with plenty of meat in the dishes. The quality of the food makes it worth a visit, with the sushi being the best in the Jackson-metro area. The restaurant has a laid-back atmosphere, perfect for a casual dining experience. The service is fast and efficient, with food received in a timely manner. Customers also mention lava drops, pink Cadillac roll, and shrimp Shumai as must-tries. Inside, the food was wonderful, with miso soup, egg roll, lava drop, crab rangoon, shrimp and chicken hibachi, volcano roll, and Edo2 roll being enjoyed. The service was excellent, and the staff were nice and accommodating, even with a large order before closing time. The sushi tasted so fresh and really hit the spot.
