“Yesterday my husband and I visited the Madison, Ms location and let me tell you, it was one of the best restaurant experiences we've had in a very long time.
Jason was the Manager on duty. He greeted us as soon as we walked in and allowed us plenty of time to browse the menu. He was engaged with his employees and had everybody in high spirits. Once we ordered our food, it was delivered hot and fresh to the table. He was attentive and so helpful. He kept us laughing and even stopped but the table to talk for a min. As we were getting ready to leave he surprised us with a happy and thanked us again for stopping by. The entire dining experience from beginning to end was impeccable.
Also, I want to shout out the young lady that was working the floor, I hate I didn't get her name.. she was just a sweet and just as helpful. Thank you for making our Sunday outing even more memorable!“

“On line website needs to be updated. Veggies on line not same as in restaurant. Would have done phone order differently if known daily available veggies. Was told no more creamed spinach which was listed and no more squash casserole, used to be favorite all the time! Phone order cornbread got rolls. One hamburger steak everything as listed other nothing but gravy. Was given very generous gift card to use !“

“Dickeys has a variety of different bbq options and free ice cream with your meal. They are at their best every bit of ok. I generally the few times I dealt with Dickeys was having them out of a pure wish for bbq on a bbq holiday but unfortunately I had to work so we decided to get Dickeys as they were the only bbq place nearby and open. I can say truthfully though the bbq was not terrible it was not great either as a matter of fact I'll say the ice cream was the best part of the meal. Prices are acceptable. Atmosphere is okay and customer service was good.“

“Loved the vibe! This is definitely family appropriate if you wanted it to be. It can also be appropriate for other special nights. All of the servers were polite and always checked on the tables with good manners.

“It was nice for I and my wife and baby to get out. Service was good , food not bad but I've had better at other Chili's locations. The bluemoon beer was going bad , was barely drinkable with the orange slice. Bluemoon gets sour the older it gets. It's just not cheap to eat out these days. 1 beer , 1 appetizer , 1 trio fajitas $48 before tip. Also if you do go out to eat here , make sure to tip at least 15% or more. They only get paid $2.13/hour which is crazy.“

“We decided to have an early dinner (4pm ish) & was surprised to see the restaurant parking lot was pretty full. Gratefully we were sat in a corner booth so it felt isolated from anyone else around. It was perfect seating for us as I have a social anxiety disorder & I was able to completely enjoy my meal. Now let’s talk THE MEAL. I ordered the Salmon w/ Asparagus & loaded Baked potato Hubby had a sirloin w/ same sides. We were BOTH pleasantly surprised bc this was the best meal we have had since arriving 8 days ago. Husband is stationed here until the data center is up and running. He has ordered from you before & was pleased w/ it. This was my 1st of what I’m sure will be MANY visits,
The portions are large, the taste is above & beyond and the service? Hands down best so far. Although not real chatty our server was on it. This woman was for real there the minute I even thought about needing something. Our drinks were replenished our every wish was granted & the steak? Fell apart in my
Mouth - I wanted to lick the sauce off the plate but decided to wait till got home - but your buttocks I poured every drop in my to go container. The Salmon? Velvet. Juicy!!!!! Seasoned to absolute perfection. The asparagus? I often have issues chewing asparagus but every single cm was edible and tasty. I saved most for tonight- better than candy! The baked potato was phenomenal! The outside peel;crust? Same as the sauce! It was loaded and so freaking yummy with the bacon. This was an amazing meal. Well worth the $$!! Just for houseware sake tho- the stuffed mushrooms were not myFavorite. They had a sour taste that just turned me

“The cook was on point Saturday, March 28. The shrimp and grits got me in my feelings, I’m still tickled. They were PERFECT. The kids chicken was THE BOMB. The pasta dishes were all of that. “Spillway Diner doesn’t disappoint as I have had breakfast, lunch, and dinner from this restaurant. I usually get the “Super Bacon Cheeseburger” with Homemade Fries! The burger that they grill is tied with the “Huey’s Cheeseburger” (Memphis, Tenn burger joint ((they serve “steak fries” that are not homemade, in my opinion)). Huey’s has a fantabulous Burger and if both of the restaurants were sitting next to each other, I would get a Spillway Diner “Super Bacon Cheeseburger” every time. The reason??? Spillway Diner’s’Homemade Fries’ are the best Fries that I have ever eaten with the exception of my late mothers “Cast Iron Skillet Pan Fries” whose fries are so good thst I could eat them for every meal, every day of my life.
The only complaint I have about Spillway Diner is that they close up around 1:30 pm and only use Door Dash for their delivery service. I use GrubHub as it’s just as good as DoorDash and they give a money back guarantee on All their orders as well as other perks. I only been disappointed twice in the 4 years that I have been eating there and that’s because they got my order wrong (twice).
Do yourself a huge favor and eat breakfast from them as well as you have to eat their Burgers and especially their Homemade Fries!!!!!“

“I am 68, and ribs have been one of my favorite foods all of my adult life. I rarely write reviews online, but I am compelled to recommend Down South BBQ & Burgers. Their ribs are the best I have ever had: almost (almost is the key) fall-off-the-bone tender and seasoned perfectly. Try them dry first, but they have a selection of delicious sauces, too. Down South also has delicious chicken, brisket, and wings in addition to burgers and a wide selection of side dishes. The folks are friendly and well organized and offer a simple, immaculately clean dining area if you want to dine in. If you haven't tried Down South, I encourage you to do so!“
