No real complaints other than they were out of the friend chicken and the mac n cheese was sitting in grease (though freaking delicious!). I got a meat and two sides. The beef tips and rice were a filling and tasty meat. The spiced collard greens were delicious and the cornbread muffin was perfectly crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Sweet tea was so sweet, just like i like it.
This is the beeeest food I ate in Jackson!!! I highly recommend it to anyone in the city - get the fried catfish with rice and lime beans! Also, awesome corn bread!Thanks so much to the owner and his great staff.Warm regards from Brazil ??

This place is great! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is made hot to order and it was maybe some of the best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had. My boyfriend loved the pork chops the most! Would recommend to a friend!
