“This is my favorite restaurant by far in all of the Jackson area. Not only does the filet a melt in your mouth but, from the moment you sit down the standard has been raised. The tables are not stacked on top of each other. There are privacy walls so you can enjoy the conversation at your table. The service has never been anything but, very professional. From the wine list to the filet to the dessert. I am never left wanting more.“
“Our experience at Amerigo (Old Canton Rd. Ridgeland, MS)with our large party was absolutely fantastic! Kayla R. was incredibly attentive, accommodating our every need with a smile. Despite the size of our group, the service was prompt and friendly, and the staff even made accommodations for our special requests. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience, and we can't wait to return!"“
“We booked the Chef's Dining Room for a private party of twelve this past Saturday and couldn't be happier with our experience. The room itself has a round table and that made it nice to be able to talk to everyone in the group. The room does have a door, so we were not disturbed/ did not disturb others in the dining room. The food was excellent. We ordered several appetizers and everyone raved about the Pimento Cheese Toast. Most folks got a half wedge salad and were pleased with it. Members of the group ordered steaks, seafood, and burgers and everyone enjoyed their meal. Food was served in a timely fashion and everything was delicious. Most of the group got desert and we enjoyed the Strawberries & Cream Blondie, Carmel Tart, and the chocolate cake. Our server, Alex, and the other staff that assisted him did a wonderful job in making sure we were taken care of and provided excellent service. They were there when we needed them, but did not intrude on our celebration. This was our first dinner at CAET and it will not be our last. The food and service is excellent and I highly recommend CAET for dinner and also if you need a place for a private dinner/function.“
“Great food. Patience paid off. Food comes out so fast. Great quality food. No MSG. Casual dining atmosphere, or dressy. Up to you. No requirements. Great good. Try the seafood soup, the curries, or the coconut shrimp/ pecan shrimp. Fried shrimp w sauce on top. Very good.“
“The crawfish and royal reds had excellent flavor and had just been cooked, so they were piping hot! The person working there today was extremely helpful and told me to wait 15 min bc he was just about to put a fresh batch of crawfish on to boil. Im so glad I waited!!! I will definitely be going back!“
“Had dinner here while in town for work. Amazing spot for sure and those who recommended it weren't lying. The service is impeccable, really like the atmosphere and it's how a steakhouse should be. Bartenders were excellent, and overall a wonderful experience. The 8oz filet was cooked to perfection (medium rare), fries are delicious, spinach was tasty but the flavor of the steak was spot on. I was very impressed with everything and yes, I am picky when it comes to my steakhouses. Someone got the bone-in ribeye and my lord, top shelf beef. Get there if you can, you won't regret it.“
“Authentic homemade Italian. Bring your own wine & liquor. Tried several items on the menu everything cooked to order fresh very flavorful. Homemade fresh bread !!!! worth every penny and reasonable prices. Deserts are great as well.Vegetarian options: they will amke without meat most dishes if possible. “This is my favorite place to get fried catfish. The seasoning is perfect and the portions are generous. I discovered them pre-pandemic and have been loving them ever since. They have a pretty vast menu, so I suppose at some point I'll try other things. Still, the fish is always perfect when I order it.“
“Great service, Great tasting food, Great live music! We just had my husbands birthday supper there with most of our family and everyone loved it.The food we had are as followsPrime Rib, New York Strip Steak, Hamburger Steak, Red Fish, Ribeye Steak, Mac n Cheese, Au gratin Potatoes, regular garden salad and ceaser salad, broccoli, twice baked potatos and crawfish tails. Everything was great we will definitely be back ☺️Prices vary , it's definitely good value and you get nice size servings depending on what you get!Prime rib 16 oz with salad and side was approx $41.Thanks to our Waitress Katie for a job well done ?Kid-friendliness: Our 6 month old son loved it“
“Food was pretty good. I removed a star because of the fried mushrooms, they were not seasoned at all! But the 1/2 portion of chicken nachos were delicious! I lettuce and tomatoes are extra charges, but not much, $1 per item. I will definitely return!“
“My wife loves Chinese food and has lived in the Jackson metro area longer than I have. Over the last 7 years, I’ve tried almost every Chinese restaurant in the area through her. But when I introduced her to Kam Loon, she hasn’t wanted to eat anywhere else!I can tell it was a family-owned establishment that truly takes pride in its service and quality of food. The service was incredibly fast and the food has been immaculate! You won’t find better tasting Chinese food in the entire Jackson metro area.“
“Gorgeous place! Well worth the drive off i20 if you're traveling through. Dog friendly patio. Exceptional service. Delicious food. The back patio overlooking the water is absolutely stunning. Kids enjoyed playing patio games like giant Jenga. One of our favorites on this trip we've found so far. Outdoor patio tables as well as bar style overlooking the water.Parking: Large open lot.Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly! One pier off the dock doesn't have a fence or barrier but that's at parents own caution. The rest of the patio and outdoor seating had barriers.“
“To be fair, I've only had one dish here but it keeps me coming back! The red beans and rice is the best in the whole metro area. I'm not even a big red beans n rice fan, but that's how good this dish is. The staff are very friendly and personable. Food comes out hot and fast. Really unique mardi-gras-style atmosphere. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.“
“The food was not as good as it usually is. Greens were not hot (a couple at the table next to me said the same); fries were left in the fryer too long... was brought another serving of fries and they seemed to have come out the grease too soon (done but not golden & crispy). The fish was a bit dark too, not that perfect honey gold color it normally is. I had the chicken for the first time. It was good. The cornbread, hushpuppies, coleslaw and pickled onions were good. The waitress was either new, nervous, or had no sense of urgency.“
“We are in the area from Kansas for business. We are planning to become regulars while we are here in Mississippi. Wonderful food and atmosphere! Just what we were looking for! Kimber, our waitress, was all smiles and helpful on food indecisiveness. The crab filled jalapeños were a dream that I don't want to wake up from. Go! You won't be disappointed!“
“I'm giving five starts across the board for Anna!! She been our server every time we came and without her we may not have came back. She's amazing and represents perfection in customer service. And I speak from experience!! As a store manager I'd hote herein the spot at a supervisor position.Wheelchair accessibility: This place caters to 3veryonr, end of story!“
“The owner was very accommodating to our reservation request for our party of 8. Service was fantastic Food was excellent Our appetizers were excellent; Kibbeh, Eggplant and Crawfish/Shrimp Dip were all great I would say the Eggplant was my favorite House Salad was also great I ordered a Cowboy Ribeye, it was really good also One note, one order of French Fries is enough for 2-3 people So order other sides if there's multiple people and share the fries All in all a solid meal“
