“I absolutely love Valley St Fish, when I have a fish craving this is my go to place. The only thing I dislike is that this place has probably been in business since before I was born and they have don’t no upgrades to the building or parking. You would think with all these centuries of being in business they would make some improvements to the place. You also have to have life insurance to park and cross the street to get to the building as traffic is horrendous. Other than this it’s the best fish place in the city.“

“My husband and I got the SG pasta and a boil bag with snow crab added. My husband's boil bag was missing corn and potatoes. Called to let Rose know and she was nice and offered for us to either come back to grab after closing time or credit for the next visit. We're closer to the Flowood location, so we chose the credit. Pasta was filled with crawfish and shrimp. My husband enjoyed the boil bag. He said the lemon pepper sauce was good!“

“With the exception of the fried and baked chicken needing a little more seasoning the food was great. The yams and corn was delicious. The fish was absolutely fabulous, nice, crispy and perfectly seasoned. The mashed potatoes were made with red skinned potatoes which were very good and the gravy sent them over the top. The server was awesome as well. Very nice atmosphere also, it was so nice to have a conversation and not speak louder while others were talking at their table.“

“I went to the bar to have a drink, I sat down at the bar , waited about 5 minutes and the bartender Cynthia completely ignored me and never spoke a word to me. A man sat down shortly after me and she asked him how he was doing and got him a drink, looked at me and walked off. Never spoke or got my drink order. That was extremely rude. Another employee came over and ended up making my drink for me because I still had not been helped.“
