“I went to the bar to have a drink, I sat down at the bar , waited about 5 minutes and the bartender Cynthia completely ignored me and never spoke a word to me. A man sat down shortly after me and she asked him how he was doing and got him a drink, looked at me and walked off. Never spoke or got my drink order. That was extremely rude. Another employee came over and ended up making my drink for me because I still had not been helped.“

“My husband and I were traveling from Destin to Texas. We were trying to find a place to stop eat and relax. We came up on Berrys and decided to give it a try. Oh my goodness how good it was from the food to waitstaff being so nice and helpful. We give it a 5 ⭐️“

“We wanted catfish and we got the best tasting catfish we’ve tried here at Harvey’s! The fried green tomatoes were delicious along with the fish puppies and okra! Definitely a place to stop in for some great home cooked food! Staff was friendly and welcoming!“

“Ordered food to-go but loved the atmosphere and the friendly service! I got welcomed immediately when I went in. Definitely get more bang for your buck with the amount of food we got! The special fried rice is definitely re-order. Make sure to get some merch while you’re in there. 10/10 will be going back!“

“We went there for an anniversary dinner with no reservation prior to arrival. We were seated immediately and the wait staff was wonderful. We ordered the Beef Tips and Redfish Almondine. Spectacular meal…!!! It was a wonderful experience 👍“

“I absolutely love Valley St Fish, when I have a fish craving this is my go to place. The only thing I dislike is that this place has probably been in business since before I was born and they have don’t no upgrades to the building or parking. You would think with all these centuries of being in business they would make some improvements to the place. You also have to have life insurance to park and cross the street to get to the building as traffic is horrendous. Other than this it’s the best fish place in the city.“

“Decided to stop by with my mom today for lunch. After a rough day, to say our day got better is an understatement. Food and drinks were delicious! Cree, our waitress, made us feel right at home. I will be back and, in the meantime, I recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area!!“

“To be fair, I've only had one dish here but it keeps me coming back! The red beans and rice is the best in the whole metro area. I'm not even a big red beans n rice fan, but that's how good this dish is. The staff are very friendly and personable. Food comes out hot and fast. Really unique mardi-gras-style atmosphere. Give it a try, you'll be glad you did.“

This location is the best out of the three in the area.
Food quality is superb. My wife says “ the best by far” we will surely return.

“This is a great place to check out for a dinner date or just to casually hang out.
The staff here is very nice and everyone seemed very knowledgeable regarding the menu.
The food is good here I wasn't to impressed with the oystery's that I chose but everything else was fantastic!
The highlight of the experience here is definitely the Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake it's a must try!“

“My husband and I got the SG pasta and a boil bag with snow crab added. My husband's boil bag was missing corn and potatoes. Called to let Rose know and she was nice and offered for us to either come back to grab after closing time or credit for the next visit. We're closer to the Flowood location, so we chose the credit. Pasta was filled with crawfish and shrimp. My husband enjoyed the boil bag. He said the lemon pepper sauce was good!“

“Had an amazing brunch at Char today. We’re new to the area and truly enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality that was shown to us! The food was delicious, and our waiter Jazz was so personable and attentive. The manager Dees spoke to us for a long time and welcomed us into the restaurant and Jackson area. Highly recommend.
