“Ordered food to-go but loved the atmosphere and the friendly service! I got welcomed immediately when I went in. Definitely get more bang for your buck with the amount of food we got! “I absolutely love Valley St Fish, when I have a fish craving this is my go to place. The only thing I dislike is that this place has probably been in business since before I was born and they have don’t no upgrades to the building or parking. You would think with all these centuries of being in business they would make some improvements to the place. You also have to have life insurance to park and cross the street to get to the building as traffic is horrendous. Other than this it’s the best fish place in the city.“

“Found it on the soul food buffet list last year for our women retreat group on our way back home to Columbus , Ms n it was great did not disappoint and the sweet tea tastes just like my godmother used to make it brought back memories setting on the carport drinking Mamma B sweet tea.And it would be gone before you know it and you want more n this year I'm glad to say I'm going back“

“I went to the bar to have a drink, I sat down at the bar , waited about 5 minutes and the bartender Cynthia completely ignored me and never spoke a word to me. A man sat down shortly after me and she asked him how he was doing and got him a drink, looked at me and walked off. Never spoke or got my drink order. That was extremely rude. Another employee came over and ended up making my drink for me because I still had not been helped.“

“My son and I tried this place out tonight after riding around downtown, and we were PLEASED! The food was cooked fresh to order. The prices are AMAZING, and the young man behind the counter even agreed to take a picture with me! Lol.
It doesn't look like much parking up front, but there is additional parking in the back. The young man did suggest calling in to order your food so that your wait time is shortened, but our wait time still wasn't bad. We will be back!“

“The food kinda taste like old grease. I spent $50 dollars on our food and it all tasted the same...Like old grease. This is the only time I have EVER had bad food here. I hope they will be better the next time I come or I will not be back.“
