We were in town for a family lunch and wanted some bbq to take home with us… once we saw his bbq rig we decided to try it! We got there about 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and they were sold out of ribs but had some pulled pork… she was very sweet and apologized for being out of ribs… need to get there early for ribs apparently! This pulled pork was incredible! No sauce needed! Absolutely delicious… we will be going back whenever we are in town
Experienced the food truck at the park on July 3. The line was a block long but the smell was so amazing I didn’t care. I was rewarded with the perfectly smoked rib with a lovely savory, slightly spicy(I’m a wimp with spice) rub and the perfectly paired mild bbq sauce that despite being mild had enough of a kick to be the perfect pair.
