Needed a birthday cake last minute. They came through and the cake was amazing. Great service!
I got a cream double biscuit and a Tres leches Strawberry Cake. The cake was just too delicious, no wonder why this place is aways crowded. Best cake shop in Ridgeland! Perfect place to get birthday cakes.
Went for conchas and had a lot of choices of Mexican sweet breads.

Princess Cakess Ridgeland llc offers delicious Tres Leche cake, conchas, churros, and on-the-go popsicles. The cakes are not too sweet or watered down. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they can write on cakes for special occasions. They have various Hispanic candies and pastries available. The store is a cool place to visit, even if you don't speak Spanish. The on-the-go popsicles are a must-try and are affordable at only $2.50. A great spot for authentic sweet bread and treats in the Jackson area.
