I am soooo disappointed. I bought some pretzel bites and they were burnt and hard. I went back in to see if I could get a refund or at least a fresh batch. The girl that was at the counter was busy on her phone. We were patient. She said no refunds or fresh things for me because I was gone 20 minutes. It took that long for me to walk from one end of the mall just to get my pretzel. I spent a lot of money for a pretzel I couldn't bite.
The Pretzel dogs were good BUT it took an hour for me to get them. The whole staff was on break which was 15 minutes. They came back from the break and was starting everything back up which was an additional 45 minute wait for the pretzel dogs and the bites. I watched so many people go up to order and then leave because the service was just not there.
