I hate I didn’t take pictures of my food. I was so hungry from a long day. I had a cheeseburger dressed and fries. It was all good. The only hiccup was I requested crispy bacon. Instead, I didn’t get any bacon. This was okay as I probably didn’t need it anyway. The food was cooked to order and well seasoned. The burger was nice and juicy. If you’re in Bentonia, check this place out. It’s right behind the Blue Front Cafe. And don’t let the outside fool you!

We had a fantastic experience here. The food was cooked to fresh to order. Takes a minute but absolutely worth it. We were ate at the picnic tables next door. Thank you so much!!! The frogs legs were chubby and yummy! Perfect!

Two recent visits were disappointing. I ordered a cake that was refrigerated which made it almost inedible and like a block of concrete…they wanted 48 hours when I placed the order but probably made it right after I ordered it and put it in cold storage for 40 hours…some advice if you want to order a cake from them…request that they call you right after it’s finished and DO NOT REFRIGERATE IT!!! Cakes should never be put in a refrigerator…when they are cold you can’t taste the flavors at all. A waste of $40. The other visit was for cinnamon rolls…they too were hard and not soft which told me they probably were not freshly baked but taken out of cold storage. They were very dry and overcooked with very little cinnamon but smothered in a sugar glaze that was almost gagging it was so sweet. Usually I have had good luck with Sugar Momma’s but these two visits tell me two things…they are cutting corners to save money and their employees and managers just don’t care.

Stopped in here today for a coffee & to peruse their bakery. Tried a "breakfast puff" which they warmed up for me and had ham & cheese inside. Delicious! Also picked up a couple scones, a breakfast croissant, & a Danish to take home. Everything was yummy. Their croissants are buttery, flaky, & melt in the mouth. Place was clean, service was friendly, & there's a small area to sit & enjoy your treats. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I have been going here since it opened. Having moved to Hudsonville, we still drive in to eat here when the opportunity arises. The bran muffins are the best I have ever tasted anywhere (and I have tried a few hundred places 'cause I love them!). The croissants are flaky deliciousness. My wife is crazy about the oatmeal raisin cookies. This place is a gem.
