This resort is unsanitary. Nothing about it screams ‘luxury.’ Very disappointed in the lack of response from management.

Awesome people at the front desk. Rooms were awesome and the rates were good as well!

The hotel rooms are the best! This stay was very disappointing this time, the room was supplied with towels, water or very clean. It was not cleaned since the COViD outbreak! The tub, shower curtains and drapes had seen there best days. I did leave my suggestions, complaints with front desk Clerk. I am going to give them another chance to bring back the superb quality they're know for...

I go to casinos to GAMBLE !!!..I shoot craps. I was comped 2 nights. Upon my arrival (10 AM), I went to gamble but found they only had a "crapless" table open. I asked the Pit Boss when they would open a regular crap table. He responded IF they opened one, it would be 7 or 8 PM !..I walked out and didn't bet a dime at Harrah's !!..I left the next day !! WON'T EVER RETURN !!!

Great stay. No problems at all, Close to all the other Casinos. Very nice staff. Room had everything you needed. The Casino hop on hop off bus made it easy to get around Biloxi. Nearby Restaurants were wonderful.

This property has the friendliest employees of any location! Maybe not so lucky in casino. Rooms are ok, most have ocean views, albeit far away. Steak ‘n Shake right inside casino soo you can keep gaming and eating. Other restaurants on property are good and again friendly employees.

Puke or blood is on the bedding. Then they leave a tip envelope for housekeeping Had to be moved and it’s our anniversary. Should have listened to the reviews online and stayed somewhere else. It’s a shame

The reservation rep didn’t tell me that you had to have a credit card for deposit but the desk person said that they would take cash which was against policy. I wish they hadn’t. The room had no heat on a night that was 51 degrees, the toilet ran every 15 minutes which meant no sleep, but in the morning I thought I could get a nice hot shower to warm up—no that was not available either. When I called down to the desk I was told that maintenance would have to confirm what I said. We waited over an hour for that to happen. He said he would make sure we got another room. After two hours I went down to the desk and a front mgr came out and stood beside the clerk and told me that there was no other rooms available to which the clerk said there’s one here and pointed to the screen and the manager said no and she said yes and the manager gave her a dirty look and said no. So I took her bosses card and went back to the icebox room to try to call the card I had just gotten. I called 6 times through out the day. In the meantime I was so tired cold and frustrated I spent the next 3 hours crying and apologizing to my husband because it was my idea to come to this nightmare. Finally at about 4:00 I got a call from the desk and was told to come get the new key. I went down and was told that the new room wasn’t ready (more tears) after standing there 20 more minutes there was finally a new room key. I thought with all we had been through that there would be a nice upgrade but when we got packed up and we moved to the new room it was exactly like the old room except no view and a wet carpet. So with more tears I had to get out of there. Our trip was ruined we didn’t see any thing we hardly gambled we drove 8 hours for nothing. As we were checking out of Walmart the woman I had been trying to reach all day finally called and said that they would give us breakfast in the morning before we went home (WOW) All of that and only housekeeping staff said that they were sorry for all we had been through. I have had more professionalism and genuine customer service from motel 6 what a disappointment—never again

Never Again! Starting with the smells in the hallway to your room, smell in the room, the shower took 20 mini to get hot water and ending with absolutely no housekeeping service. This used to be our favorite place to stay, but not anymore. Conditions and standards of this hotel have gone way down. Save your money.

Check in was ok, wanted to check in early, but would have a pay a fee. The room was ok, but dated. The bathroom was clean. Room has a portable smoke eater that didn’t seem to work. The smoke smell was overwhelming, even for a smoker. The bed was comfortable. I would not stay there again.

Greeted by friendly staf upon arrival and departure. Welcoming committee had refreshments to quench our thirst and ease the transition from cold to a humid environment. Overall eateries were tagged with great chefs, pleasant servers and great waitstaff. We had a few hiccups in the room- the shower needed a threshold, there wasn’t a clock in the room, we tried to locate a microwave-but nine. Otherwise, everything was fine. I truly adore the southern hospitality that was seen and felt throughout this mini vacay!

We just returned from a 5 night stay at Harrahs Gulf Coast. We've stayed here numerous times and found it to be satisfactory, but this time we were shocked how much it has gone downhill since we were there a few months ago. Where do I start? The parking garage and elevators were filthy and the paint is falling off the stairs and walls in the stairwell. The hallway carpets are soiled, stained and in need of a thorough shampooing. We normally get a king with a gulf view, but they only had 2 queens available for our dates. No big deal, but the room as well was nasty. The carpets are grossly in need of a good cleaning as well as the bathroom floors. There was dirt and hair in the corner by the tub behind the door that looked like it hadn't been properly swept/mopped in a very long time. The sheets were very thin, wrinkled and stained as was the duvet cover which had a big brown stain on it. Pillows are horribly soft so that when you use them it's like not having one. We spent every day at the pool for a couple hours and were shocked they didn't have towels out for guests. When asked where we could get them, we were told they didn't have enough for everyone. Well, we kept an eye on the number of people each day and there were never more than 25. Really??? It's a "resort" pool and no towels? We overheard a lady ask the attendant for one and he said he didn't think they had towels that day. Wow. One of the things that really ticked us off was the fact they now require you to reserve a lounge chair for one area of the pool. Not sure why because that area was no different than the area where they were open to anyone. They have also done away with all the umbrellas so if it's sunny (which it was) there is no shade unless you rent one of their cabanas for $100+/day. Needless to say Harrah's Gulf Coast has lost our business. We checked out the Palace which is smoke-free and has no resort fees, so that will be our new "home" when we go to Biloxi.
