This was an extremely frustrating and poorly handled experience. Our family arrived intending to purchase day passes for the pool and specifically tried to pay before entering. We were told by a staff member located at the counter by the pool doors that we did not need to pay and were welcomed to go in and enjoy the pool.

They are always smiling , friendly, kind and sweet to the guest .

I checked in this hotel at 7pm. It is now 10pm and my room is still not ready! This place has to be the most unprofessional establishment I have visited.
