Fantastic breakfast and great staff. Highly recommend
Fabulous service!! As a vegetarian it can be difficult to find wonderful tasting food. Brew Paddle is a wonderful option!
Just had the best breakfast I ever had. Definately would drive back just for the deliciousness of the fresh baked bread, fresh food, and wonderful coffee. Atmosphere and staff are wonderful...wow.
From the moment you arrive, you know it’s going to be good. That glass case with those gorgeous chocolate croissants, cinnamon scones, ooey gooey cinnamon rolls and the flavor of the day muffins starts working its magic on you! Soon enough you will have ordered one of everything! Nestled in charming Bella Hotel in downtown Biloxi, MS. The setting exudes sophistication and elegance while maintaining a relaxed, welcoming vibe. We chose to sit inside today but there is a nice patio option too. Now, onto the food! * the pancakes with that Lucious ricotta topping were excellent. * the breakfast plate is divine with the homemade blueberry jam. Chef always has a fresh jam made for brunch. * The mushroom tartine is one of my top five dishes I have ever had made with a mornay sauce that is from another world. DIVINE! * The avocado tartine is so fresh but not as good as the Lucious strawberry tartine. * The biscuits and gravy are done right and would make my southern granny proud! I heard the table next to us raving about them. I wanted to chime in and say yeah we get those every-time but decided on the pancakes today. Now I want to order those too. * My fav hot drink is their Mexican hot chocolate. Trust me, grab one. It has cinnamon and cayenne. If you are feeling less adventurous, the cappuccino is on point and we love that they carry the real Mexican cokes. They also have an assortment of fresh juices. Service was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I the owner even took the time to go around and chat with guests—a touch that makes a big difference. I always appreciate a restaurant that genuinely values its customers. Brewpaddle is a local gem!

It's not what I expected. It was a nice surprise. It was bigger than I expected, and it was busy. I can see why. The service is great. The prices are fair. The portion size is reasonable, and the food was excellent. I highly recommend the corned beef hash and the cinnamon roll.
The place is bright, inviting, and very clean, and I like that they make their own bread.
Parking: The parking is shared with The Bella (a set of condos for rent), so don't park in the numbered spaces.

The restaurant itself was interesting inside, but, weather permitting, I recommend sitting outside. The patio is cover in turf and has some shade and/or umbrellas. The atmosphere outside was calm and relaxed and there were kids from 2 or 3 families playing in the middle of the space and giving the space a really friendly feel (props to the waitstaff for navigating around kids).
Our waiter (forget his name) was great, he had people finishing their meals and leaving while simultaneously being seated with several new tables and he handled the uptick in people wanting his attention really well. He asked questions about what people wanted and give recommendations tailored to the answer people gave he even inquired about and made recommendations based on allergies of people at the table over.
The menu isn’t expansive, but the food is some of the best I’ve had on the coast. It came out quickly, was cooked perfectly, and was delicious. The only complaint I have is that there wasn’t more of it, but that’s probably just me being gluttonous.
If you’re in the area and looking for a spot for breakfast, check this place out.

This place is AWESOME!! The owners (both of whom were working) are super kind and the love for their work shows in their service and products. I had an iced vanilla latte, cream cheese cinnamon roll, and the Biscuit Benedict. Words cannot describe how absolutely delicious everything was!!
