In Biloxi for a day after seeing my son off at Keesler. I asked a local shop owner where can we get some authentic cajun food that we can’t get in Texas and were directed here. We immediately met Christie, our server, who herself is part of the Parrain’s experience and taught me the correct pronunciation of Boudin ? I cannot be any more impressed with such a place. The food was hot, fast, and DELICIOUS! The owner and Christie were the friendliest people one could ever meet, and the cost of our meals were completely fair for the portion sizes. My wife and I love places like this and already agreed that if my parents ever visit that this place is a MUST. Order the étoufée, highly recommend.

We'd give this place more stars if we could. The gumbo and catfish taste amazing! Great brewed sweet tea. Clean, cozy dining room. Christy is the kindest, friendliest server we've ever had. Simply perfect!+ 10/10!
