I was craving for some delicious Jamaican food and I was close to this place, I have to say I had high expectations since it has good reviews, but I was a little disappointed.The chicken was a bit too spicy for my liking and dry, the flavor was just a bit off as well, the rice was dry too and it wasn’t fresh, I took a couple of bites and couldn’t eat the rest. I do have to say that the customer service was superb, but the food that I had was not as good as I was hoping for.
The j*** chicken was tender but the j*** sauce and seasoning tasted like a store bought marinade. It didnt have that unique flavor that I've grown accustomed to from other jamaican restaurants.
Found this great place when most local places in MS are closed on Mondays. Drove from Mobile to Biloxi for spot that I usually go to but it was closed and remember passing this place when I was there several months ago.The customer service was outstanding. The staff wears mask and there is social distancing. I had to make a stop in the restroom after placing the order and it was very clean.I chose one of my favorites which is Brown stew chicken and my friend ordered the Curry...
