out of towner here...and wanted to pick up some fresh local seafood and stopped here. Lunch was an oyster poor boy and a cup of gumbo. Both were amazing! Can't wait to go back another day while in town. We also picked up some shrimp and red fish...hope we can make us something just as good as they do in their cafe.

Great customer service, friendly, helpful! We bought raw shrimp & a redfish.(which they filleted for us. Gave some tips on cooking the fish, which was delicious. And most importantly the market was clean, not like some sketchy down tin shack like in Louisiana. Highly recommend

Great little cafe tucked away just off the beaten trail on Callivet St just north of Howard Ave and the Shuckers Baseball field. Only open for lunch and very early dinner. Food is super fresh and very reasonably priced. Good sized portions and friendly staff make for an excellent experience.

Gumbo is great. Boiled shrimp were good! Po Boy was good too! Very reasonable prices. Beautiful large wood tables. It's a great local spot!!
