I did a pick up order and my husband went to get it. He came back home before realizing we were missing four items on our order. So he went back up there. It was no big issue at all. He was just letting him know he was missing those so he could get them for the kids. One of the workers Jordan (male) begin raising his voice and yelling at my husband mind you there is a line of people so he is doing all of this in front of customers. He didn’t like the fact that my husband had to look at the receipt on the bag to see what all was missing when that’s what they should’ve been doing not my husband. He got extremely hostile and all the other female worker could do was say I’m sorry. He should not be working there.

Went two days in a row, the first day, long wait with hardly no one in line, machiatto tasted like metal. Second day, massive wait, hot latte was cold and nasty, cappuccino had no foam, and machiatto had zero sweetness to it

Terrible - the lady with the red weaves seems to be annoyed if I order coffee at 6:15am. The whole vibe from the 3 days I ordered coffee there was just terrible. Food, was disgustingly horrible. Sucks I would rather walk to McDonalds then grab a coffee in the hotel.

This Dunkin has the coolest atmosphere to have a coffee and a donut. Service is 100% Gen Z if you know what I mean. Everything did taste fresh and I will come back I really liked this place.

Customer absolutely Horrible!! Donuts were fresh . But the rude cashier ams her attitude could take a hike!! I ordered 2 chocolate milks today. They only had one but I needed to so I opted to take 1 chocolate milk and 1 white milk because my kids wanted chocolate milk and I was gonna do fifty-fifty cent ran out of milk at 7 AM. So I paid for donuts.I also paid for a little months , but the cashier would not give me a cup to split the milk fifty fifty. She told me.I had to pay sixty five cents founacceptable! The customer service was so horrible. I do not recommend this location at all. As a courtesy to your guest paying guest at that. There was no reason for you not to give me a cup! Her rudeness her attitude was unacceptable. Had my kids not needed to eat breakfast right away?I would've found somewhere else to eat. The donuts were frashed but the selection wasn't the greatest. Why was the vanilla cream not available?

Went there a few weeks ago, walked up to the counter and the girl was standing there on her phone. I stood there for a minute or so, and a line of as forming behind me. I finally said Hello? And she CONTINUED to be on her phone! I asked her about using reward points and said do I need to use the app to make a walk up order (which I was happy to step out of line to do)? She said no. My account went negative because she was in fact wrong and took the money off my card. I said to her why is it making me pay I wanted to use my rewards? She replied with I don’t know 🤷♀️. I said that’s why I asked you in the first place and she said I don’t know how it works. Was rude the entire time, no apology, nothing. If you don’t have the answer just say so, and don’t catch an attitude with the guest when they ask you about it, ALL WHILE BEING ON YOUR PHONE WITH A LINE IN FRONT OF YOU. Reached out via survey and was told the manager would reach out which of course was a lie, and when escalated they didn’t reach out either. So safe to say I will go elsewhere when I visit Biloxi and so should you.

Absolutely disgusting location do not waste your time extremely rude. The young white male worker behind the counter taking my order had cowboy on his name tag went out of his way to be so rude. Refuse to scoop out the bagel I requested for cream cheese on the side he refuse requested to scoop it myself he refused with such attitude I will NEVER go back and I highly suggest if you don't want to be treated like trash than don't go there. From the beginning he was mumbling the whole time and didn't want to speak with me cause of my star of david necklace he kept staring at. Shame on dunkin donuts for allowing trash like him to work there.
