We were not aware they closed at 930 and we arrived at approximately 855 PM. We were told we would have a table in about 10 minutes. We were then seated at the counter instead of one of the tables in the beautiful dining area. If we had known we would have gone somewhere else. We waited several minutes for our server. Food was actually quite good but the seating and lack of communication made it an unpleasant experience.
We typically order sushi here but I have to give props to this place for their amazing and tasty pho and noodle bowls. I am not a big meat eater so our waitress suggested tofu and vegetables in my spicy broth! It was so delicious. Full of the best tofu I have had in years and lovely squash and other veggies! Portion was huge. I will definitely order this again. Great wait staff and the lemon drops to die for!!!
Our second time at Jia. First time was all 5s. This time the food was at best a 3.

Wife had Pad Thai, which she regularly enjoys back home. We rated it a 2* because the shrimp was overcooked, dry and rubbery. Most importantly it had a very off taste like it was old, or had been in storage too long. This dish seemed much sweeter than she is used to.
